110,345 SF 120 Unit affordable senior apartments with a 3,284 SF club house. Public/private partnership with the City of Colton reusing a abandoned city center housing site. Project was 80% leased upon opening and 100% leased within 3 months of opening. Project has been so successful it is being repeated in two other southern California Communities.
